If this keeps appearing for sale to the rest of the world there will be none left for the people of Korea.......I am becoming more and more convinced that the print run is well above the original 1k figure!! :ohno:

I've never quite understood how this is restricted from someone in Korea buying it now. I'm not sure what they mean when they say 500 were supposed to be released/kept back for local sales?

No way this is a 1k print run, don't like where this is going:(
Don't know if I should cancel my 2 copies. I think price is too high for such a big print run...

ive heared so many times on this thread a lot of numbers about the possible release,
IMO since i am the 672 comment, assuming that most of the RoW orders of kimchi came from hdn, and also that people here posted at least twice on this thread, ordering an average of two copies (exceptions not included) then id say it could be between 1k-2k run, i doubt its gonna be more,
this is based on my logic only, and my gut feeling, no more than that but again not trying to carry any of you away, but the fact that it has always been back in stock it might be a way to sell, a marketing sort of thing,

The print run doesn't matter to much to me as long as its not over the average 4k. Really they could just tell us anything. The movie is a classic and must be part of my collection. I'm never gonna sell it or keep it shrink wrapped anyway.

now thats what i am talking about, a collector who actually collects, not 'coll-sells'

Well said Familyguy824. I don't really care much about the print run like I did before. It'll inevitably sell out.

Now let's talk about the steel itself. :D
We all know that a full slip has been confirmed with embossed words.
I want to ask if everyone else would like the slip to be nice and sturdy like Taiwan slips. Korean slips are usually very thin. I think the slip should be thick like Gladiator Taiwan. IMHO it would look killer, because we always compliment the look and feel of Taiwan slips.
