Is the "bonus" only exclusive to the German version?

The bonus Blu-ray disc has been confirmed for the German, French and Dutch Steelbook releases. Those are the only 3 European Steelbook releases, announced to date, to include the bonus disc.

Although it's always possible other Steelbook releases may also include it, none have yet been announced and it's only 2 weeks to go until their release.
