Looks like English lossless audio is not present on the 3D disc. Sony has been doing this on many German releases.

U guys sure about lack of english audio on 3d ? I just get one and on the box description say discs have english audio. I just dont know what to do , if I open the box to check the audio on discs can I still ask amazon for refund ?

Hey buddy,
its not that this doesn't have English audio, its that it doesn't have lossless English audio.
The 3D disc has English "5.1 Dolby Digital", all the lossless means is that the audio is not in "Dolby TrueHD" or "DTS-HD Master Audio", whereas the German audio on the disc is in "DTS-HD Master Audio".
The English disc does however have lossless "DTS-HD Master Audio".
