I somehow managed to order this twice (guess I forgot that I'd already pre-ordered it), so got two different shipping confirmation mails. Never had to return anything to HMV, so hope they're kind and understanding.

You know what sucks? I loved this movie, was super excited to get my copy....I've had it pre-ordered since it went live.

I get a call yesterday afternoon from my Bank fraud department, long story short, some worthless little turd has decided to use my card details to buy some car insurance. £800 gone from my account, not that i had that money in the first place. I'll get that money back, soon hopefully....that's not the problem. The problem is they have blocked my card from all use until they send me my new one in the post....*bangs head against wall* ALL MY PRE-ORDERS from yesterday until whenever i get my new card cannot be fullfilled, so i won't be getting them until next month at least. Not only that but i had a bunch of cd's and dvd's on order as gifts for christmas some of which were limited and will probably have sold out by the time i get my new card and details.

I'm so pissed off, the second time in two years this has happened to me.....but this couldn't have happened at a worse time. Really sorry if this is off-topic but i needed to vent somewhere.

Sorry to hear that man, but in these times of austerity and inequality things like card fraud are only going to grow.

Do you have a debit card? I tend to prefer using them online as there is no overdraft credit for fraudsters to use should the card details get stolen.

Cheers guys, yeah i do use a debit card, don't own a single credit card i'm just glad i didn't have all of my pay in theaccount otherwise it would have been a lot more money stolen.
