Did anyone not receive a dispatch email for this? I was looking at my emails and nothing had been sent but i knew it was close to release date. Checked my amazon.de account and it said it has been posted and should arrive this Friday

Mine was shipped yesterday :D

I don't care for the minor cut. Got it for only 20,99 euro comes with a bonus disc and I will import the US & CA version. ^^

How did you get it for €20.99??

Got this at 26 Euros -> 33$ shipped to Canada :scat:
Love the new shipping fees!

I wasn't planning getting this... but with this price... couldn't resist!

I'm a bit surprised at the whole scene altering/censoring thing with this movie.

I've just watched 'John Carter' (another Disney release) and was surprised at the amount of violence in that. Heads being lopped off, punching his way through a creatures body with a sword etc...

Why is a tiny scene in Avengers being censored when this other film was way more violent?

Doesn't seem to make sense to me :dunno:

Granted, it was the U.S. version of JC I watched. Does anyone know was the German release of John Carter cut?

Glad the price dropped a little, I messaged Amazon.de about the price difference and at firs the rep said I'm paying the same price as the current listing. Of course I wasn't going to have any of that and told the rep because I live in the US, the VAT was not assessed therefore I should be getting it at an even lower price. They quickly adjusted it so about $31.39 now plus it just shipped today :)

Between Amazon.de and HMV, who do you think has the most copies to sell?

...HMV has multiples of 10,000 apparently, but surely a bigger retailer like amazon has more?

what do you think?

Yes, the customer service rep I spoke to at HMV said they had "tens of thousands" on pre order! Its ridiculous the amount of copies there will be of this steel; if Germany and the UKs production numbers are anything to go by and the fact that this is an "exclusive" in so many countries, at this rate the amaray will end up being rarer?
