Not really, My Mario came a week early. Honestly I have not let them charge for mine yet. I just haven't budgeted for this and the meg yet with it being so early.

Zavvi sometimes take payment and dispatch orders 1 to 2 weeks before release date if they get early delivery of stock at their warehouse

It's only when a distributor has a release date restriction in place that retailers can't dispatch early

As I previously posted post#24 the email alert zavvi sent to customers the mock up image is as shown in the thread OP

There is 2 mock up images one with release details and one without
Amazon UK has both mock up images

Zavvi Website uses the second mock up image without release info
