I’ve had my share of issues with them as well. My original Ballerina didn’t ship when it first came out. I had to place a second order that shipped the following day. The original order shipped out a month later.

Yeah, I had pre-ordered ballerina as well. They obviously oversold it. A month after street date I still didn't have it- so I just canceled it.
