I am super critical of remakes, and that I really liked this says quite a bit! Artwork for this steel is awesome. Just wish we'd get the original Blob someday.

I always wanted that art on a steel but I’m really digging the illustrated too.

Just happy because like others saying it’s a fantastic film especially for a remake. And I too find it miles better than the original

That's the one for me.... Love it.... Had it been a steelbook I would have been all over it like the Blob over it's victims.

I don't remember this movie, but think I saw the original that was entertaining. The artwork is different, but my favorite 80s horror is easily The Thing with Kurt Russell which really impressed & still impresses to this day.

john carpenter's the thing is a f#cking masterpiece!!!

I dunno man.. Not a fan of that art Do love the film though. Remember watching this on a cold snowy January night for the first time when it premiered on terrestrial TV for the first time in the early 90s. Had the VHS recording for years. Legit great film and one of the better remakes!

Quick edit - ain't nothin' topping the original (1958) soundtrack though
