If i was you, order another with paypal and cancel the existing order afterwards.

This is worst possible ordering approach with zavvi.
If there are any payment problems and you pay via paypal, the order cannot be recovered at all.

Payment should use credit card directly. In case of issues new card is entered in the account, retry procedure is followed.

If the item is still available to order, it's OK to cancel old one and enter new one.

thats what i thought but i wont get a new card for 14 days and i wasn't sure about paypal so should i write to zavvi customer service to hold on to my order

Sorry i assumed you had the funds in your paypal account,try contacting them and explain the situation,sounds like the best option. good luck

my paypal is hooked up with my card and my checking account. i just wanted to know if going through paypal is a good idea i have heard mixed results thanks for all the people that have written back. zavvi havent cacelled my order, i will try explaining the promblem to them and if i lose out its not the end of the world i just really like this movie even though its really sad.
