Not 100% sure but they are not featured on any releases that I know of. These videos came out during and before the film's run in the theaters/cinemas.

I just see Annabelle (movie's doll) for sale on Ebay, but i don't know whether the doll is official or not. I think that's a promo item from WB

Yeah, but we must agree that the WB (at least for the US releases) are not knowing to do their homework when it comes to replicas. Remember the shameful action figure of Man of Steel.

Anyway the lenticular cover is amazing.

It is an OFFICIAL promo item from WB. I bought it off Ebay a few months back. It actually came with alot of other cool swag as well, including a t-shirt, flashlight, sage, rosary beads, holy water and an epk DVD. It is an AWESOME PROMO KIT!

Amazon most of the time are clueless. You can inquire to the marketplace sellers. They sell new and used items. You save money and shipping cost and even ask for pics of the items.
