This is a very nice edition although it is a little thick like the French Digibooks. It is good to have the English text though!

Does Bol.com ship to the U.S.? Are they reliable?
From what I have heard the packaging isn't great.
i bought both begins and dark knight from dvdoutlet.nl and i tried doing a quick search to provide a link for you but i think their sold out from that site 
check from time to time if it comes back because i can vouch for their shipping and packaging. Got it two weeks exactly and came in a box and bubbled wrapped. They are also cheaper than bol.com Good Luck !
