Very underwhelming at first glance. The OC artwork is very disappointing, but has some potential with the spot foil. Agreed about the lack of Catwoman, that seems like a huge ommission, and it would have been nice to see Marion Cottiard somewhere as well instead of way too much Bane.

DL-B is decent but I'm not massively sold on any of them really. Given I just picked up the Blufans FS recently I think I'm good but I'll see on the day.

The absence of Catwoman leaves me underwhelmed. I guess the sadness of missing out on Begins, and Dark Knight has been absolved by this travesty of omission. She's easily the best thing about the movie. Not that the movie isn't awesome, but she's just that much moreso.

When others doubted, I proudly wore my "I Believe in Manta Lab" button, confident they'd create the supreme Dark Knight trilogy editions. When Batman Begins was lackluster, I continued to believe that the next two could bring redemption. When The Dark Knight was slightly better than BB, I felt justified in my hope. And then I saw the beauty shots for The Dark Knight Rises. I still like Manta (Dune 2 DL A is a contender for best edition of the year), but it's not who they are underneath that counts—it's what they do that defines them.

So Blufans is the steelbook set that I need right now. (Or is it the steelbook set that I deserve? Or is it both? Wait, what does that even mean?)

Yeah was expecting this for pre order next week. These look better than expected. Loving DL-B but I would’ve loved a little bit more Catwoman and it annoys me her kiss is covered up by credits on the back of the steel.

Most likely go for the FS & DL-B and be done with these films in premium form.
