The artwork is very nice but I can't understand the big gap on the bottom of the front cover. It looks like the image was almost made for a G2 and then stuck on a G1?

Its almost as if the artwork was designed/sized for a G2 steel but then plastered it onto a G1. Too bad.

^^^ thats what I said!!!!!! And your right it does look that way. Sadly this doesn't even have unique back or inside art either. Just the same as the regular G2 worldwide release. Very, very disappointing to say the least. This movie deserved better then these two disappointing steelbook releases IMO. I still dont understand why in the **** there isnt a single BB, TDK or TDKR release with some nice embossing/debossing (Aside from that jumbo bb/tdk release of course). WB is just the worst studio in the game right now... re-release after re-release, huge print runs and generic artwork plastered all over the place. Paramount, Sony, Disney & Universal are much better from the major studio grouping.

I have had my steels since yesterday, was surprised to get it so early. Fabulous looking steelbook ,shame about the g1...meaning i will be opening it.

after seeing live pics of the other design cover,even with all the downsides to this one,overall when it comes to design and presentation,this is easily heads and shoulders above.you can also go by people who actually have this in hand.and in general,all of them are happy with this release.i hope i am too lol

The fact that this steel is G1 doesnt even disappoint me anymore. I dont like how they just took the back design of the worlwide release art and stuck it on this. I normally dont care about the back cover but at least make it match the front. I would rather have a printed back. That front design is way too cool to have a lazy effort on the back.
