I think this steelbook looks great

Still have to wait 2 weeks before I receive it. Ordered it on Amazon with the After earth steelbook which will be released on october 14.

I had to cancel this with all the steels out this month but after seeing the pics, I am real close to changing my mind.

New contender for worst steelbook finish of the year. Yes, Fox have joined the powdery matte streak finish with image disappearing at a certain angle (think Warner UK Premium Collection again guys)
Seriously the stock photo for this looked good. Even the card at the bottom of the steelbook has good colour. A nice blue. Not grey!!!

Looks great to me, and for £11.50 cant really complain. After all thats play.com style catalogue prices!
I cancelled my order months ago as extras are very poor on this release
If it ends up listed at very cheap price I might consider it
I still have rest of the fox wave on order with 3 of them on there way to me
28 days later (will arrive Tomorrow)
Planet of the apes (will arrive tomorrow or Wed)
Die Hard (will arrive tomorrow or Wed)

Fifth Element
Daredevil
X-Men 2
I think at this stage I would like good quality glossy finish instead of embossing
as I think its getting a little boring looking all recent steelbooks with the border frame look was grand with first few but all now staring to look the same with the border
Steelbook I like the finish be high quality
extras all included
embossing/debossing only on some as its not needed on every steelbook IMO
If it ends up listed at very cheap price I might consider it

Disappointing
Remember the X-Men edition ... The price is excellent and the steelbook seems better than some previous edition fox. This is my opinion.
Agree. Looking at Ricsters photographs it almost looks black and white!! Very washed out
The images on Amazon seem to have had the colours boosted whereas the Zavvi image looks closer to the finished product. It looks like they've done it with all of the Fox wave releases which were announced at the same time as this one. Here is a comparison of this one:

I purchased mine from amazon would they pay return postage if i sent it back saying its wrong colour from the picture?
