As @paulboland already stated above, there wasnt a group buy for the slipped editions so you must have signed up for one of the UNnumbered editions, for which you will receive a shipping invoice when copies are released, in hand and ready for shipping. If you are signed up in any other group buys your copy of Equalizer 2 can be combined.
