Hi, I have a problem and need help.

I order a Equalizer Steelbook and this have a strange lack stripe/dent on the front and on the back, and several fine scratches on the lack.

I never see such a stripe- dent, it looks like its only on the lack finish, not on the metal, but its deep.

So my question i how I can make a foto of such a glossy Steelbook that Zavvi could see the damage. And how can I argue that Zavvi give me a full refund?

All I can say is good luck. I received wall-e bent to crap and email them pictures. The response I got was "they were sorry that I had a problem and to send a price on return shipping to see what the best way so they can refund". I sent them the price of return shipment and received the same robotic email back. So I sent them the price again, this time I emailed them a snapshot of my screen with pricing. They sent the same e-mail again. 3 more times back and forth they sent me the same email asking for a price on return shipping. so finally I gave up. So again I say good luck.

The exact same thing happened to me with my Oz, The Great & Powerful steel. I gave up in the end too!

That's what they want you to do.

I'd show them the most expensive option with tracking for returning it to them. Attach it to an email telling them I've selected that option and I'm currently in the process of packing it and about to head to the post office.

Then watch them reply fairly rapidly...

In all fairness I've never had a problem getting a refund off them.

i got this today, honestly i was afraid to get it damaged since i read a lot of you guys had that problem, but the steel is great and it arrived in great conditions...awesome bargain....
