Fair enough mate. It can often be hard to tell, because there are a lot of people out there who are great at designing such things. I've just checked the thread which discusses this release on BD though, and the person that first posted the artwork followed it up by saying "This was the original artwork I uploaded", so a part of me thinks they made it. The following image has also been fan made and posted in the same thread on BD...I found it on BD. don't know if it's fan made or not, but looks official to me

We can't say for sure, but I'm very skeptical. Mainly because I don't think HMV have ever had there name printed on a j-card. They usually just slap one of their "exclusive" stickers on the cellophane. Plus the same member on BD also posted the following for the Total Recall steelbook...Then it is a fan made? I liked this artwork

True! Although there have been a few instances where they've revealed artwork via Facebook or Twitter before it goes live on their site. I can't see any sign of it on either FB or Twitter though, so all signs point to it being fan made.
