According to a member in the German board, who contacted Universal about this, it's just a repack. No new/remastered disc included. Here's the quote in German:

Hab bei UNIVERSAL nachgefragt wegen der Neuauflage zu The Game und folgende Antwort erhalten:

"es handelt sich nur um ein neues Artwork, inhaltlich hat sich an der Blu-ray nichts geändert.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen
