@Man on Wire: That digipak was released in many countries including USA, Norway, Sweden, Danmark, Germany and probably several others. Probably the UK too but I'm not sure so I'll leave that one for others to confirm or deny.
It's a great edition. I could take pics of mine if anyones interested. Or perhaps there's already pics in the digipak forum...?

It's also available from amazon.us but the slip box has a black border round it and personally I think the Japan version looks way nicer.....

The norwegian edition is the same as the japanese one. I would assume that the danish is too since the scandinavian countries usually share artwork.
