Got my two yesterday in Texas! Opening one although not sure which one yet! The color of the Gold Slip edition looks more vibrant and better on the shelf than the clear although I'm scared to open it and see scuff marks lol. Which one would y'all open? The pictures looking better in color or black and white?

Yes... the Collector's packaging isn't perfect... got my Gold slip damaged... but the steel is WOW!!! Glad I waited and didn't pick the Play edition!!!

My gold version has two to three long but not deep scratches on the front of the steel, plus minor scuff marks on the gold slip (which don't bother me). Really happy for you guys that got perfect steels

As much as I LOVE Blu Fans releases, I'm debating on whether I will oderer another BF release. If you don't open your steels, BF releases are the crem de la creme of steelbooks. If you open them though, it's rolling the dice. That is the problem with any steelbook with a full slip, you never know what lurks beneath.

One thing that is steady and maintains itself is Kevin's dedication to helping members who run into problems. I think Kevin does a great job handling these type of issues. Many thanks to Kevin.

I received my gold version today thanks to one member here.
Otherwise I am happy with it, but damn the slipcovers aren't in very good condition, it's almost like I bought an used item even though it was sealed. For a salty price of $110 you would expect every part of this set to be in top-notch condition but this was the last time I buy anything from Blufans. Good riddance if you ask me.
I am not blaming the person who sold me this btw.

At least the steelbook is unharmed.

I'm still waiting. I ordered at the end of January but the next shipping date wasn't until mid-feb. This was due to Chinese New Year. Hopefully will receive in next couple of weeks! I can't wait!

Yes, I did and was one of the first to pay my invoice. Kevin informed me that some packages didn't make it out before the Chinese N.Y. and yours may have been in that group. I bought 1 copy for a friend (along with my 2 copies) and had it shipped to his address. He received his 2 weeks prior to me even though I paid for everything at once and we both live in Cali. Hopefully you'll receive yours this week.
