Play take time in my experience to deal with returns (amazon are much faster).

Just go to your order history and 'return item' and select 'damaged/faulty', give explanation in comments box.

If you are in the UK you can select on next screen 'Pre paid postage', then print off the sheet, and follow instructions to return - *always* get a 'proof of posting' from the Post Office though, as this helps should the return parcel ever not make it back!

I also had that line on the spine but luckily mine was just on the shrinkwrap and had not gone through to the steel. Very fortunate.

Well mine isn't for the movie, it's whether I'm gonna stick it in my collection or not, and may regret not getting it a cost price when they go OOP. I don't think I'm gonna watch them all lol

Got mine today. Was in perfect condition. No knife marks. I love it. It's 4 discs as others have stated.

Just noticed it's moved up to 5th on the best selling Play exclusive steelbooks.

Actually a lot of my steelz are open. In fact nearly all of them. Only the rare expensive ones are sealed as there really isn't any point in opening them.

This is what I am trying to stop doing, ordering everything there is. There are so many releases I have to prioritise now, cannot afford to keep binge buying
