Received my copy today with great disappointment. It looks like someone has pressed the steel so hard that it run out of shape and it's also dented. Write to AMAZON FR immediately and is waiting for their response.

Amazon FR's packing is a no no, they are not using the Amazon UK box.
I am just lucky to have a dent-free copy.

The steelbook looks better than in the pictures, glad is not matte finish - Tony Leung and the falling rain look nice on the front cover.

It came today in a cardboard envelope with no padding whatsoever, similar to the ones that HMV used to have. The wrapper was ripped but the steelbook was intact.

I ordered a disc from Hong Kong. The original full lenght Chinese version with English subtitles.

The Japanese version does look nice; however, I would have preferred they included the Chinese title.

Audio wise, the Hong Kong disc is the best: you choose the Cantonese track in which the people from the south speak their native Cantonese and the ones from the north speak Mandarin. English subtitle is available.
