One thing for sure, I have not tasted any good beer here in the USA.

What's the best beer ever for you?

I don't have just one favorite, depends on the moment you know? And some go better with certain foods etc... I post every now and then on my IG...

If I had to choose, I'd go with the Czech Pilsner Urquell (world's first-ever pilsner type blond lager). Can't go wrong with that one.

As for locally, I saw your other replies to @spass , try finding Sierra Nevada Hop Hunter (IPA) or Brooklyn (IPA), those are good ones.
