I wish you all the luck with your return or refund on this. I had a similar problem with a dented Steelbook and its been 2 weeks after sending pictures and returning the item still no refund.

Sorry to hear that.

Got mine from JSDVD. No custom charges this time due to marking as Merchandise.

JSDVD maybe good with packaging but once you have a problem then customer service turns blind eye.

Not what I was hoping to hear with this being my first overseas steelbook buying experience, but thanks for the heads up guys.

Hope you hear something from them soon with regards to your refund gbdragon.

I received my copy today from JSDVD after many weeks of anticipation, and upon removing it from the slip Box was very disappointed to find many large scratches on both the front and back of the SteelBook!

The SteelBook was well packaged by JSDVD in both bubble wrap and a box, and there appeared to be no damage to the slipcase so this must have been a faulty one from the manufacturer.

I've emailed JSDVD and attached a number of photos. I just pray I can get a replacement in better condition as I Love this SteelBook.

We might know the reason for the box now..............:naughty::naughty:

Still can't bring myself to buy this.

It's the fact that the art on the box just does not blend in at all with what's inside the window.

Whoever tried to do this, made a complete balls up of it. :hilarious:

To me, this blends 100x better than the Singapore slip which has absolutely zero blending with the artwork and doesn't make sense at all.

Total Recall, Underworld Awakening and Resident Evil Retribution got the best blending of slip with the artwork.

No :(, mine was posted on the 11th and has not yet arrived... My guess is that it is stuck in customs, however if you live in the UK then YesAsia pay all import taxes for you :D

Your order buddy was posted 9 Days ago, and orders from yesasia usually take 11-15 Days before they arrive in the UK..;)
I usually always get my orders from them on the 11th or 12th day after I receive the shipping notice !

Arrived this past week and was really impressed how good it looked. Probably the best version of the bunch with the French & Singapore versions close behind.

I'll have to agree with BigBlizz on that. This Taiwan edition pales in comparison to the Singapore edition. Just look at the comparison in this image where the TW edition is in the center and the two SG editions are on either side.

Those slips on the SG editions are just phenomenal compared to the box with a window for the TW edition. :scat:
