According to Navelludd @ See-Nema the french releases might not happen.
He wrote to WB France and got this reply:

This was a fake announcement, Warner Bros. France had nothing to do with it.
We can't give you a release date yet, unfortunately.
But stay tuned on the Facebook Hobbit page or the official warner bros france Facebook page for future updates on the matter.
I hope this answers your query.

It's already announced... (just google it):

we now have confirmation from Warner Bros. that an extended edition of Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey will be released on home video sometime during the fourth quarter of 2013.

Well it's not official but I feel the sameway. I've already put in order in for those 4 but considering on canceling cause it's pretty excessive just for the coverart alone. The Amazon.de release is tempting but i'm cutting back due to many bills at the moment.
