I have bought both An Unexpected Journey Steelbook, and The Desolation of Smaug Steelbook from JB Hi-Fi, about a year ago, and that was the last time i have bought anything from them. After that, for the last 6+ months I just can't access JB Hi-Fi any more, this is the message I get:

Have the same problem. I bought from them a few times then suddenly I can't access their site. That was about 3 years ago up to now.
So far no answer or solution, I contacted their site support a few times but no response.
Weird thing is I constantly receive email promos from their site but when I clicked the links I get the same message -> Access Denied. You don't have permission to access "http://www.jbhifi.com.au/" on this server.

also word to the wise regards this the extended edition for normal blu ray is out on 11.11.2015 in czech
so a steel will be forth coming for the extended is my thoughts all will be jumbo like the previous 2, just a shame futureshop is no more as the desolation of smaug was the one to have being right image with high gloss. can't see best buy blowing it out of the way at all.

@ash333 - I have tried your link, but it's the same, still can't access the site. I am using Chrome, and Windows 8.1 at the moment, but as I said earlier, I have tried various option, nothing helps.
