The release date is obviously a mistake...
It should be the 15th or the 22nd of April
The support is indicated as bluray 3D only but it will includes 2D bluray, DVD and UV
3D bluray is just a category
As Warner is miser on infos since the 1st hobbit, i think they just let the cases filled in by default...

Other movies' releases for the theatrical cut had 4 discs: 2 BD3D for the 3D movie, 1 BD2D for the 2D movie and 1 BD for the extra: if this one wil have the movie DVD too, it'll be a 5 discs release, so maybe a jumbo?

DVD will be on the EE in november, 2 DVDs for a 7 discs jumbo G1 steelbook (just like other EE)
I don't think they put the 3D movie on a single disc as i don't think steelbok and amaray/digipack wil have different disc content
