After getting the UK steel today i was quite dissapointed and would rather this be a glossy futurepak like Gravity or Pacific Rim 
Awesome news, as I suspected this has now been confirmed to be a steelbook & I am super excited about it all over again even though I preordered it right from day one & was gonna get it regardless

It's a steelbook not a futurepak, it was confirmed by a friend from taiwan. In Taiwanese Hokkien there is no word to describe steelbook so the word they use in description pre release is ''Tin'', so before it's released and in pre release status, they don't know if it's a steelbook or futurepak, once released and have it in hands for the first time is when they know.
It is now confirmed that it is a Steelbook. At least the 4 disk edition one.

I did the same thing. Would be really cool if they did the same style of open faced slip box.
Yeah, that would be cool. I want to see a kick ass slip on this one though.
Allow me to stray off topic for a moment. What has been your favorite TW slip? I would have to say Thor 2 is mine.
That's a tough one. IM 2, Thor 2, Lion King and Cap Am. 1 (wish I had that one). I even love Hansel & Gretel.
IM2 was my favorite until Thor 2. Wish I had CA too, and I don't have H&G either.
the 4 disk is confirmed to be a steelbook by a friend of mine who lives in taiwan. I have a picture of the spine.

Wonder if that'll be blamed on autocorrect? i know that mate hence why I requested for this thread to be moved back to steelbook section back in my post 22 you see. My contact at JSDVD told me that Delmatic confirmed it to be steelbook
