I also received my email after it went live. Same happened in Blue is the Warmest Color. Think we should write to PA about this.
Yea why not? It would actually help those of us who sometimes cant keep up with all the releases. They shouldn't have any problems sending emails out a week ahead, right?

Just finished the remake to "Hanyo" or "The Housemaid" (2010) on Netflix and it really made me want to see the masterpiece. Excellent direction, cinematography, and score for the remake so I can't imagine how more so the 1960 original is! #CantWait
I'm actually thinking of watching them the other way around...

@jello02 Hmmm I do believe it's exclusive to Korea (not just PA) And I don't see any indication of it being numbered but I do believe you'll get PA's exclusive sticker when you order from PA. Whether it is attached to the slip or not I'm not sure of.
Anybody know how many of these are being released in Korea?

What! Looks like the only difference is the PA stickers. No wonder PA doesn't stick them on the items.

Hmm, I could save $4.42 buying from kimchi for the combo, because I could opt for Small Packet Shipping that PA doesn't provide. Should I?(n)

This is just a Plain Selective title, meaning a title Plain worked on and is helping to sale. If the bonus PA Stickers doesn't matter to you, I say go with the cheaper option. I covet PA Stickers because I want them on everything I buy that PA worked on, designed, or released! These are also available at YesAsia.com minus the stickers. :p

If I stick with my PA order, I will be like paying $1 each for the stickers. Just curious, what will you do with the extra stickers? :)

I've emailed PA to ask why they do not offer Small Packet Shipping, which is one-third cheaper than K-Packet. Unfortunately they are on holiday and won't be able to reply until Dec 8.

PA explained why on their blog a few months ago. :)

Dear International customers

Beginning with the pre-order of <I Saw The Devil> and <The Master>, our Online Store will no longer support Small Packet shipping. Korea Post has recently asked us to replace all Small Packet shipments with K-Packet.

Small Packet is a manual system that requires a lot of time on our end, resulting in a huge slowdown of our entire shipping process. The shipping system is out of date.

We’re also experiencing a huge increase with incoming orders. The total print run of <I Saw The Devil> and <The Master> combined exceeds 5,000, which is a lot for us to handle.

So we're sorry that no longer support Small Packet shipping. Please use K-Packet from now on for its safety and speed. Thank you for understanding. We'll do our best for reliable customer service.

Best regards
PLAIN ARCHIVE

Thanks @spass for the information. I would like PA to know that I am all for a more efficient system but not if we have to pay 50% more for it. They should space out the releases if they can't handle the volume. Sure K-packet works better for them but we are the ones who pay the price. :naughty:

As I know, PA's small packet was $10 for 1 copy. (to UK/USA)
It's also higher than Kimchi's small packet fees. Because PA's small packet has tracking number. It's trackable. But Kimchi's small packet has not it.

Kimchi's small packet is $9.90 now. I believe it was $7+ months back. There's also tracking on small packet when the parcel is still in Korea. Small Packet is same price for up to 3 items I think depending on the weight.
