I just received an email from Amazon (U.S.) to preorder Tarzan coming out for the first time on Blu-Ray on August 12, 2014. I wonder if this release would have anything to do with the possibility of Tarzan being #20?

Tarzan, Hercules and Mulan are from that same generation of Disney animation.

Then again Pinocchio goes against that logic.

These are some great releases even more so since they started glossing them but they should slow down just a little

Releases from Disney USA is Different to Disney UK

What happen in USA has no impact to Disney UK Releases

Tarzan already is available from Disney UK

Disney UK releases are totally separate from what happens with Disney USA

There are titles in Disney USA Vault that are not vaulted titles in Disney UK

All Zavvi releases are from Disney UK and they don't deal with Disney USA

Also Disney Classics Titles are different between UK and USA

id love it to be sleeping beauty but i dont like that these releases are 1 disc editions - meaning i would have to keep my amaray for the bonus disc like pinocchio.

It's almost sure that the #20 zavvi exclusive's disney steelbook release will be Sleeping Beauty, according to the Maleficient film. They also can do the same thing they did for the Mary Poppins release, which is releasing a disney movie out of the blue, according to the release of Saving Mr. Banks. In both cases, Sleeping Beauty is waited for the weeks to come.

Almost 4 months later a title is finally announced I already have the US blu ray release so may very well pass on this.
