Aristocrats is still available to order, and it's been live for over a week now. I wonder if the Zavvi bubble is beginning to burst?

Not only is that sort of comment somewhat misguided in this thread but that's a half-baked assumption. As much loved as Aristocats is, it takes quite a while to sell out the apparent 4-5k print run. For comparisons sake some 2k ultra limited print runs last longer than 'over a week'; several weeks, actually.

That's true, and I guess it very much depends on the title as some (e.g. Stargate) sell out within hours, not days or weeks. It's just that I thought the Disney Classics were bankers that always sell out within a few days of going live (JB & TLM excepted because of their increased print runs). And some eBay sellers have been falsely advertising it as OOP for quite some time now...

And then some go very quickly - i.e. 40 minutes is somewhere close to the record.

In other words, there is absolutely no way of predicting if any given Steel will sell out quickly or linger for months.

Oh yeah - :ordered: and
:thanks:

That's common knowledge on this forum. ;)
I think you misunderstood my original meaning in the comparison.
Don't really understand why you're derailing a derail but you've got good taste in steels, good sir.

Mmm,

I thought I was filling in the blanks for an audience that didn't have the common knowledge; 'cause they're newbie-ish - and didn't mean to be derailing a derail;
but thank you anyway and a thousand blessings on your house too :thumbs:
