How about the IMAX FOOTAGE AS WELL!

For anybody wondering about the rumors of THG: Catching Fire Blu-ray having IMAX FOOTAGE, I can 100% confirm that IT'S TRUE! The aspect ratio transitions, instead of shifts, to accommodate the IMAX FOOTAGE which starts during the elevator arena ascension scene. It's handled extremely well, and makes the already incredible PQ look that much more amazing!
