A Best Buy insider has stated to look for this steelbook edition in the USA.

$25 and when I opened it in my car there were a couple dings on it. The customer service rep kind of gave me attitude when I asked for an exchange too. Damn Best Buy. If I pay almost $30 for a crappy matte steelbook I want a mint one.

I managed to see the bend on the one they pulled for in store pickup before I opened it. I pointed it out and asked to swap, and she said no problem. Guess it depends which employee you get.
