This steelbook is a real no-brainer for all levels of collector. It has everything one would look for in the "perfect" steelbook except the region-free coding. Personally, because I am on the spine art binge, I would love to have one of the bombs on the spine art with that title. That would have been BAD-ASS! :scat:

I watched last night. Very powerful movie.
It certainly is, starts off a bit slow but then it starts to pick up the pace and quickly grabs the attention of the viewers, engaging war flick and did I not entire that this Steelbook is bada$$ :scat:

As I mentioned earlier, there is something very special on the cover art of this steelbook. It has been called bling-bling but I will leave that to the experts. Here are 3 pictures to demonstrate this:

Most of the time, the bombs look dark/dull, like normal 155MM shells do,

But then with the lights down and at a slight angle,

And not only do they just bling/shine/sparkle, there is texture and distinct marbling to the shine:

My hats off to the designers and developers of this steelbook! And to the studio for letting them do this. This whole steelbook, from the art, to the movie, to the back cover, to the price, is one very impressive package!

Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!:scat::scat::scat:

If it is not too late and you can afford it, I suggest getting two copies as the beauty of this steelbook is best appreciated without the shrink wrap.

+1 OK this is what I do with most of my UK releases, especially MoC releases but also ones like this which are a bit "special". Seems that "The Hurt Locker" is a blessed title; every release different and good. Best Buy, Korea, Italian and now UK. :oohyeah:

This title will be remembered as Jeremy Renner's breakout movie and of course for the first female director to win the Best Director Oscar, Kathryn Bigelow! It is indeed blessed.

i know i won't be sorry buying reg B player & this steelbook is definitlely one of those reasons :D

If you have not seen this movie, yes definitely get the player for this and other awesome reg B titles like Drive and Tinker Tailor.

I know it is too early to be making "best of" statements but this steelbook is this year's forerunner right now in my book. :oohyeah:
