(will not be charged credit card again) (just send order list and will update Has been successful payment)

Went back onto the website to try and sign in, won't let me do that, says it can't connect to the server..

i had to activate visa secure for shipping payment to go through, but not for initial payment... its weird
they really need to update their payment system..... its 2020 cmon..

I've made multiple attempts this morning to get into my account, replace the order, etc, just getting 'cant connect to server' message. Shocking. Can't rectify the issue, can't cancel my order. Worst site I've ever used. Very dodgy...
Dropped them an email and managed to cancel my order...
Too much like hard work in my opinion...
Hopefully it'll show up on ebay at some point for a decent price.

I know things can get a bit lost in translation when ordering from companies in other countries but I think we've become accustomed to doing so over the last few years so we pretty much know what we're doing but this site sure leaves a lot to be desired!!!
This may be the best looking edition out there at the moment but the hassle wasn't worth it for me, personally....

Yes! This company is the Taiwan distributor of Universal pictures home entertainment!
Wasn't cheap. Cost approx £25 for shipping to the UK.
A £40 release soon turns into an £80+ release when everything is taken into account....
thats rough... jsdvd charged ~ 10 GBP with no additional custom charges

Unfortunately I became so frustrated with them that I gave up but that is a MASSIVE difference in p&p charges...
