what i'd like to see on the back of the steelbook (with the darker green made to match the colours on the spine)

for me the back cover really should have the two of them dancing form behind like in the picture...plus would lend it's self to debossing/embossing. & it would be similar to aladdin, a good thing imo.

Only problem is that's a completely different art style. The characters look different. They would have to re-do the characters for that to work.

It's incredible how they manage to choose such bad artwork. Clearly it's not the artist who's in charge here (especially Jungle Book)

But there's something I don't understand. Is this not gonna be embossed/debossed or has it just not been revealed yet?

I think it could look quite good if they re-sized it to fit the steelbook better. The drawing is completing with the logo. It's such a simple drawing that it actually reminds me of the asian Lion King steelbook, which is a compliment.

^^ I think that Diamond Edition art is 100 times better than the zavvi art. its actually illustrated in the Disney style like TakingYoSteels said before.

Not that it matters because IT'S DISNEY and the demand for these titles will always be huge. Once they sell out we will probably get numbers, for now just chill out a bit because life's too short to worry about the little things.

...?...as far as I'm concerned, the more they make the greater the chance I'll get one...as far as 'limited runs' etc...honestly, hoping to make big profits from steelbooks is a mugs game imo. Invest you money in a pension scheme or something. It will be worth far more in the long term.

Well Zavvi seem to be doing well with these steelbooks...as I mentioned earlier, the more Zavvi make, the greater the chance the average HiDefNinja member will be able to get a copy. The people who complain the most about high print runs are probably those who buy multiple copies out of greed and deny other members from getting a copy.
The more Zavvi produce and sell, the more likely they will continue producing newer titles in steelbook form which benefits the average collector...but maybe not the scalpers.

Yeah you are right lets make all steels 10K and price them at 20+ £ at the same time, makes sense..

I am not talking about buying and reselling here just talking about buying 1-2 xtras for trade or making sure one arrives mint. I would never be that stupid to only order 1 copy and risk getting a damaged one when its OOS lol..

Oh, I agree. I've only bought an additional copy of 5 steelbook titles in total (Nemo, WFRR, Lawless, JB and LM) and those are for trading chips only. I have no intention of ever selling any, thus I open my copies
