I received mine with the slash. Got in touch with them, they requested pics (or it didn't happen?), which they were sent. They sent me through my RMA and details on how to send it back for free, which I did yesterday.

Apart from being a disappointment and pain in the tush, it's not bad service. So far.

Yeah zavvi don't manufacture the steels but they are supplying, and when they are receiving so many complaints, they should be on to the manufacturer to sort it out, like all types of businesses do!

It's down to their quality control on both sides. General rule of thumb in business!!

Got mine in the mail today, was thankful it is in mint condition. Sorry to hear some people are having problems, hope they get a replacement, cause I know how much it sucks to get a damaged steelbook, when you are a collector.

My last Zavvi order never arrived, and instead of sending me another, they refunded (price has increased)

My first order was perfect, second never came, third is not yet here.....
