Expensive, but bought it as a gift for a friend, he really likes this movie. So worth the money... would not have bought it for myself because of the price.
 
I received my replacement. No slashed spine. I wasn't forced to return the slashed one either. I'm in Canada.
whaaaaaa EEK!

I had to argue with them to send me return labels/codes and I've had to re-contact them again as the Postie wouldnt accept the return as it wasnt pre-paid :angry:
 
On their site it states...



... So not sure why they're saying wait 21 days. It may be different for those not in the UK, but even under their international delivery times - http://www.zavvi.com/articles/international-delivery.list - there is no mention of waiting 21 days.

I was missing a delivery-here is their reply::thumbs:

Thank you for your email asking for an update on the delivery of your order.
I am very sorry you have not yet received your order. This was sent out to you on 00/00/0000 and delivery within the UK takes 3-5 days and 5-7 outside of the UK.
Please note that all items are sent separately even if the order was placed on the same day and they will arrive at different times.

Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days within the UK and 21 days outside of the UK.

Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.
If you have not received this by 00/00/0000 please let me know and we will investigate further for you.

If there is anything else we can help you with please let us know and a member of the team will be happy to help.

They should put those times on their site, instead of the ones they have. That way customers know up front and don't feel they're being put off by customer services.

It doesn't make sense to publish 10 days, and then say Royal Mail say 14 days, email us again in 4 days.

Exactly the same email i had, so i sent them a follow up last Thursday, which was 14 days and they sent me a form to post to them
 
It says to wait 10 days before notifying them.

The fact that they shipped it means, you now are in the hands of the postal system and have to follow their rules.
