So got this lenti crash digibook from kimachidvd
Very pissed off , I was charged £12 customs fee even though I was told gift and under $25 would be on package and wasn't and also customs opened the package and opened the seal of the on the blu ray , looks like they sliced I open on the spine cuz it left a cut then they tried to cello tape it back up and when I pulled the tape it ripped
Won't be ordering from them again

That really looks like its been in the wars. Why don't you try contacting Kimchi, you never know, they may be able to do something.

Already did , they where not interested , went to PayPal about it and they dismissed it and favoured kimchi , I suppose u learn by ur mistakes
