Email them. They will give you a replacement most likely. They may or may not make you send the damaged one back.

Well, now my second order is delayed in customs. I'm assuming that I will get an email soon saying that the order was undeliverable (the address is correct ). I emailed them to find out what the heck is going on.

Got mine replacement in perfect condition this time.

Copy and paste it to Google Translate. Check your order status as well. If it doesn't say "****** dans l'expédition", you should be good.

Black, copy the text from an e-mail and visit translate.google.com. Paste the text in, and if it doesn't auto detect the language choose translate from "French" to "English", at the top. That should help-it's a great tool for international shopping. Good luck!

Not much you can do. Amazon.fr will refund you at least. You can try placing another order and maybe using a different address? I re-ordered though and the same thing happened twice. Good luck!

i got this one today awesome crazy twisted creepy steel book unique in it's own style, very disturbing and the red banner make it stand up....unfortunately horrid movie...is the only way they make us to buy these movies.

I didnt even finish this movie it was that bad but agree the steel is very nice

This is down to €12.68 on Amz.fr (was €19.55). Great looking Steel: a lot more blood on the cover than the UK amaray. Only bought mine recently and it was a Steel.
