Infected only appear briefly in about 3 or 4 episodes (apart from the episode where they come out of the ground-which was over too quickly!)

I'll be honest I didn't notice the Easter eggs in the art when I saw it this morning. Still underwhelmed though, shame they didn't give us a slip and some art cards like they did with House of the Dragon to at least pimp it up a little
I enjoyed the show, let's be honest it was never going to live up to the game but they did do it justice. My only critique would be it felt rushed. The first games story should have been spread over two seasons. The cliff hanger of season one should have been where your lead to believe Joel's dead. This would have given time for more character development throughout each episode.
My wife who hasn't played the game just wasn't as involved in the characters at the end of the show so the impact wasn't there as much as those whose invested time into the game.
