Mate, I really feel bad for you if they can’t resolve it. I would be so pissed myself if that happened. You can only find them on eBay now where prices are insane.
I really hope blufans can help you out. It clearly shows you never received it and I would expect they would do something about it.
Have you spoke to Kevin? As a UK buyer we normally are on the same plane (not you and me but the steelbooks). I have mine but looks like mine left a week earlier than yours this time for some reason…..Long shot, I know, but my copy has been returned China and appears to have gone awolIf anyone has a blufans LOTR Two Towers one click going spare, gimme a shout, please.
Yes, I've already spoken to kevin. Mine arrived in the UK, but it seems that the delivery label was invalid/illegible so it was returned to sender. Return delivery was recorded a month ago, but blufans are still yet to locate it. So that's where I am, in limbo. If it's found, I can have it. If it isn't, I'm fresh outta luck.

Not specifically, but mine (also for TTT OC) came unstuck as well. I used double sided tape and sealed it back up. Blufans also sent me a replacement.
