Weird, this one went live yet no one knows what the heck the edition is! seems only availble on market... not a good sign.
No official word on release, even when last one was announced around this time of year I seem to recall

I hope this and the 3rd is released as extended steelbook. And I kind of hope they are jumbo to match the first and the 2 hobbit extended versions.

i would guess, going by the previous 3 exteneded editions that this will be released probably about May then The Five Armies extended version about November then the Return of the King about six months after that
