Release date seems a bit close when still no purchase links... Weird

I can't see them making that release date now.They still haven't had dealer prices confirmed.

After the disappointment of the Hobbit, there's also the distinct possibility these won't come with slips either. And with that dull cover art they really need them.

If thats the case not sure if I will plunge on these three. Especially since there a Warner release they might not come with a slipcover.

The LOTR Extended Edition on Blu Ray has been on my list of things to buy for quite some time. However, I may get the regular boxset since it at least has some art.

No chance I'll be ordering these after UK Customs impounded both my recent packages from Kimchidvd on the basis that the steelbooks (The Hobbit - also a Warner title) are unlicensed and therefore counterfeit copies!
