Just had confirmation from amazon.de that the fsk logo will NOT be printed, same as original release! Crap for everyone who got the original, yay for everyone who missed it (me!)

Stupidly forgot to ask about the finish and inside art, but its looking like it'll be an identical release to the original.

What's the point if they just re-release it part of the fun is tracking down hard to get steels
As for moaning about the expense I'd like a Ferrari but I can only afford a vw but I don't go on car forums to ***** about it

Was the thread full of people bitching about not being able to afford the original release? The only bitching I see is from people who either can't stand the thought of more people owning this, or who were looking forward to selling their copy for a nice fat profit.

There's no crying in steelbooks. We all know the risks of re-releases when we buy them, and there's no point in getting all cross when a studio notices there's still a big demand and runs off some more copies.

I have the original version , its good that there re-doing the issue for people that didn't manage to grab it, ok they could have printed the rating label to make it a bit different then would have been 2 diff versions ... i dont buy steelbooks to make a big fat profit on ebay there either for myself or for trades

Man there are sooo many stills from these movies that it would almost be a crime to already have artwork in there. Choose your own and make it unique. That's what I'm going to do, see because I missed it the first time around but I'll be damned if I miss it again.

I can't wait for mine to come already. I managed to seel my old matrix trilogy in cardboard box for 7£ and add another few pounds to upgrade. It is shipped and should be here quite soon. It is great looking steelbook.

Pretty sure the inside will be blank as the original one was. If it is glossy and the same as the first release I would be surprised. I'm hoping there's something to differentiate it for all the collectors who bought the original version.

Just keep on printing. Heck the fed govt keeps on printing dollars why not keep on printing steels and see how far we can devalue them. Funny thing is amazon is asking a higher price this time around. Must be Obama math.
