That doesn't necessarily mean anything. It's in french, and it looks like a steelbook. It's probably a steelbook, unless they've literally gone knockoff, which is unlikely. Independent foreign distributors often incorrectly label steels as metal cases/boxes etc in their native translations, yet they're usually still steels.

It is a steelcase, its manufactured by Novobox.

The whole Retrogold63 steel range from Germany is Novobox Steel case that are exactly these. The upcoming Psycho from France is too. They've done a fair few up to now

Their "steelcase good", "steelbook bad" comparison video on the homepage is hilarious. I don't disagree, though. They look great. Like a futurepak and steelbook had a baby, but managed to ween out that ugly spine.
