HMV can do that. its worked fine for me today, but i have noticed before it was offline on chrome, online on firefox some other times but only for a moment.

Amazon have a fulfillment center in Ireland based in Dublin since 2022 some pre order releases get allocated to that location.
That fulfillment center at the moment is only for delivery address in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Later in 2025 the fulfillment center in Ireland will also be used for other EU Countries Delivery Address
There will be a separate Amazon Ireland website launching in 2025.
