Arrived today and just got rid of a superfluous DVD. I used a white sheet of card to deflect the flash light, gives it a distinct off white colour, just like the promo shots.

Not Too Sure About This, Although The SteelBook Sounds If One Of The Discs Is Loose.

Does This Mean That One Of The Plastic Grips That Holds The Disk Is Broken Or Is This Just Due To Having Two Discs Inside?

I Agree With Works99 As The Packaging Was Degraded Here.

The disc could have just become loose in transit. The plastic clips very rarely snap off in my experience.

I don't think it would be too hard to use a more accurate tone. If they had put silver from the beginning I don't think there would have been an outcry like there is now. It's only because the mock up looked white that people are disappointed now.
