Delivery times seems to vary. I have been waiting a little longer recently but not as long as 9 days.

I thought that was very long myself. Really thought it would have come by the end of this week. Maybe I should ring them? (Not that I'd get a replacement now :()

My Iron Man took about the same time though.

I think they would ask you to wait a set amount of time from the delivery date. I'm not sure how long that is now, I think it's 21 days. Hopefully it arrives soon.

Is anyone else experiencing really long delivery delays from Play? I still haven't received my copy of this yet even though I got an e-mail 9 days ago telling me it was shipped :(

Should I be worried? I know my Play.com Iron Man Steelbook took ages to arrive. I'd thought it had gotten lost.

I'd understand if I was in the U.S. or something but it's only coming to Ireland from Guernsey!

I'm finding since they started using those new padded white boxes it seems to take ages for them to come. I mean NINE days and still no sign of it??? It will be Monday now at the earliest as we don't get deliveries here on Saturdays. Though I'd get to watch it this weekend :(

Yeah I really don't understand how it takes so long sometimes, but with The Raid mine dipatched on Wednesday the 19th and I received it Monday the 24th that is the fastest I have ever gotten anything from them.

Mine arrived this afternoon! really is a beauty!!

Thanks apsmith21 for the heads up!

Received my new copy this morning... thankfully with no scratches this time. Does anyone know if Play refund you the postage for returning an item?

Just seen it now! Total madness, loved it.
And I'm not the one for pure action movies. Great fun!

I use their pre paid label but I'm sure they say if you pay for postage they refund a set amount to your credit card. If you payed for Recorded Delivery and that cost goes over their set price you need to send the postage receipt and they'll refund that. (I think! ;))

Yep I'm also in Ireland and I've not received my copy of this yet either, I got my despatch email 9 days ago also, I also had the same problem with Iron Man too, I'm not sure what's going on to be honest, I hope to god this hasn't got lost.

I'm glad it's not just me so!

Must be delays on this side of things then with the sorting office or something. If it doesn't turn up by Monday morning I'm ringing them.

I'm sure it will turn up late like Iron Man.

lol yeah I'm glad it's not just me as well, I really do hope that's all it is, if my copy of Terminator turns up before this does then there is something seriously wrong lol, I'm with you if it's not here on monday I'll be on to them as well.

Hopefully we'll get them all on Monday! :p

I'm waiting on The Raid, Terminator and Snow White and the Hunstman. Would be sweet if they all arrived together! :D

Cheers mate. I've never had to return anything to Play, so wasn't sure how it all worked. I'll just use the pre-paid label if they give me one. :)

no problem bud, fyi you have to print the pre paid label off their website. When you click return order it will ask if you want to print the postage label or not.

Yeah if you use the pre paid label it's free and if you send it yourself they send you £1.26 I think it is to cover the postage costs. I always send recorded though just to make sure. I've never tried claiming the extra cost back, I'm unsure if they would pay that?

yeah that's the bit I'm not 100% on. I think I was told on the phone if their refund didn't cover the full postage just send a receipt but I wonder if that's just for normal First Class as that would cost £2.75 in a play box. I just use the free option though.

Yep I'm not sure whether they would cover that. It's £3.65 recorded so I'm fairly sure they wouldn't pay that!
