I have to say that in the short space of time I have been here that hidefninja has the most welcoming,friendly people I have come across on the the internet so thanks to everyone here for that.

Thanks I believed in helping if I can no matter where that help can be found .

You may have to argue it a bit becuse they dont like having to pay up when things go wrong .

It is to do with the life of aplliances . Toasters kettles are a year normaly . The bigger stuff is 2 to 5 years depending on manufacturer . TV's are 2 years for sure . Good luck with it Honey .

Keep your fingers crossed I'm sitting down to a BD with a few drinks on Sat night ninjas.
